How hiccup & कैसे हो हिचकी बंद

All of us at some time hiccup comes from the people according to their perception is tuned to hiccup says that means that someone is remembering to hiccup while someone says something mean that you stole is. But doctors do not think so.

हम सभी को कभी ना कभी हिचकी आती है जिसे लोग अपनी मान्यताओं के हिसाब से देखते है कोई कहता है कि हिचकी आने का मतलब है कि कोई आपको याद कर रहा है जबकि कोई कहता है कि हिचकी आने  का मतलब है कि आपने किसी चीज को चुराया है। लेकिन डाक्टरों का ऐसा मानना नहीं है।

डाक्टरों के अनुसार हिचकी के प्रमुख कारण :- डायाफ्राम के फेफड़ों और मांस-पेशियों के बीच आ जाने से हमें हिचकी आती है। खाने और पीने से खासतौर पर ज्यादा कैलोरीयुक्त भोजन खाने , शराब पीने से हमारे डायाफ्राम सिकुड़ जाते हैं जिस वजह से हिचकी आती हैं। कमरे का तापमान बदल जाने से, गर्म खाने के बाद ठंड़ी कोल्ड ड्रींक पीने से और स्मोकिंग करने से भी हिचकी आती है। कुछ लोगों को जब वह परेशान होते हैं और खुश होते हैं तब भी हिचकी आती है।

कैसे हो हिचकी बंद :-
