the IIT, JAM 2017 In this year it has been held on February 07, 2017
(Sunday) for admission to Integrated Ph.D. degree programmes at IISc
Bangalore, and M.Sc. (Two Years), Joint M.Sc.- Ph.D., M.Sc.-Ph.D.
dual degree, M.Sc.-M.Tech. degree programmes at IITs (Bhubaneswar, Bombay,
Delhi, Gandhinagar, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Jodhpur, Kanpur, Kharagpur,
Madras, Patna, Roorkee and Ropar) for the academic year 2017-17. For details,

Test
Papers and Mode of Examination: JAM 2017 has seven test papers, namely, Biological Sciences
(BL), Biotechnology (BT), Chemistry (CY), Geology (GG), Mathematics (MA),
Mathematical Statistics (MS) and Physics (PH), each of three hours duration.
For all the papers, JAM 2017 examination has been conducted via ONLINE mode
only. A candidate can appear in either one or two test papers subject to the
restrictions of test schedule given below and by paying an additional fee for
the second test paper.
